- Eleutherococcus senticosus (Siberian Ginseng): This particular herb is known as a nervine, this supports relaxation and calm, but does not lead to drowsiness. Siberian Ginseng helps reduce stress and can therefore has shown to be effective in the treatment of insomnia, anxiety, and depression(1)
