At UHEALTH CO, we want to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange, subject to the following terms and conditions:
Refund Eligibility: Refunds will only be issued for items that are in new, unused, and resalable condition. Refunds will not be issued for items that have been used, altered, or damaged after purchase.
Timeframe for Refund Requests: Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase date. After 30 days, refunds will not be issued.
Proof of Purchase: You must provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, in order to be eligible for a refund.
Refund Process: Once your refund request is approved, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping with your purchase, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different product please contact us within 30 days of purchase to initiate the exchange process. We will provide instructions on how to return the original item and receive the replacement item.
Damaged Items: If an item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will provide instructions on how to return the damaged item and receive a replacement or refund.

Working with clients 1:1 since 2018 means Emma has worked with her share of tired, exhausted people. Not being able to find the perfect products for her clients led to UHEALTH CO being born as an idea in January 2023 and a final pair of products in 2024.
