All of our products are formulated by our founder Emma, a Bachelor Qualified Naturopath who holds Postgraduate studies (GradCert) in Nutrition for optimised formulations. This ensures you are getting the practitioner grade quality in an easy to access product.

Who are these products best for?

Created for the exhausted but can't wind down mum, the busy 9-5 worker who's got tomorrows work on their mind, the can't-sleep entrepreneur or the buggered tradie. Magnesium glycinate before bed not only supports relaxation but is the perfect support after any exercise/muscle soreness at the end of the day to reduce muscle soreness next day and keep you tracking towards your fitness goals!

Can I take them with my medication?

Dependant on your medication would depend on the answer here!

Majority of medications are safe taken alongside our supplements when taken with a 1-2 hour gap between your medication.

As our products are not targeting hormones they are safe alongside Oral Contraceptive Pills ('the pill').

However, as a general rule we recommend you consult with your pharmacist or health care provider to ensure these are right for you.

3 STAR INGREDIENTS:

  • Rhodiola: Containing bioactive components that have been researched to be effective in increasing resistance to stress and improving overall resilience. Traditionally used in European Herbal Medicine for improvement in reducing mental fatigue, increasing focus and improving general well-being.
  • B Complex: B vitamins play a crucial role in the balance and metabolism of energy when dietary intake is inadequate. Further have been studied to support healthy levels of chemicals such as dopamine and serotonin, which help regulate mood and energy levels.
  • Ashwagandha: Ashwagandha is an adaptogenic herb that has been shown to support the bodies ability to adapt to both mental and physical stress, based on use in Traditional Ayurvedic Medicine. It works via the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis (HPA-axis) to help modulate stress hormones (such as cortisol) that the body produces.

  • Glycine: Research has shown that a 3g dosage Glycine improves subjective sleep quality and sleep efficacy. Not only improving actual sleep outcomes Glycine has also been shown to decrease daytime sleepiness to support overall energy stability across the day and improved performance of memory recognition tasks. 
  • Passionflower: Traditionally used in
    Western Herbal Medicine
    to decrease restless sleep, reduce time to fall asleep, relieve nervous tension and calm the mind. Research has shown it to help reduce stress and can therefore be helpful in the treatment of insomnia, and mild anxiety.
